ClearA lovely balance between acidity and a ripe fruit tone, and the zero dosage really suits this wine.
A beautiful and complex Champagne. Tonka bean and lightly roasted coffee come first, followed by clean candied citrus and white and yellow stone fruit, with a saline minerality underneath.
A fresh breath in the Ruinart range. Light warm spice from the oak, lovely citrus, yellow plum and quince, and extreme amounts of chalk.
One of the finest bottles of R I have had in a long time. Rich and elegant at the same time, with lovely notes of candied citrus and ripe apple, and a clear line of chalk running underneath.
A bomb of a wine. Rich and already lightly developed, with a creamy texture.
Rich fruit throughout, with clear notes of red apple and citrus over chalk, and a light herbal edge running alongside.
A richer, more oxidative style than one usually finds in a pure Chardonnay.
A genuinely classic Blanc de Blancs with nerve. A Champagne that shows exactly what Cramant and Chardonnay have to offer.
Cool and fresh, with chilled citrus, crisp yellow fruit and apples.
